53. Surah An-Najm, Verse 52

And the people of Noah before that; they were evil transgressors.

And the people of Noah before them. Behold, they were even more unjust and more rebellious.

And the people of Noah before — they were worse in wrongdoing, and worse in transgression —

And the people of Noah before that; they were evil transgressors.

The people of Noah before that; they were evil transgressors.

and the people of Nuh before – they were most unjust and exorbitant –

Also the people of Noah before that; they were evil transgressors.

Like the people of Noah before them, who were surely oppressors and rebellious;

And the people of Noah before. Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing.

as well as the people of Noah before them - [since, ] verily, they all had been most willful in their evildoing and most overweening –

And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious;

And before them did He blot out of existence the people of Nuh (Noah) who never observed the principles of justice and were most disposed to be obstinately contrary to what is true, and continued to go counter to what is reasonable or required,

as well as the people of Noah before them who were most wicked and rebellious.

And the people of Nûh (Noah) aforetime. Verily, they were more unjust and more rebellious and transgressing [in disobeying Allâh and His Messenger Nûh (Noah) عليه السلام].

And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors,

And before ˹that He destroyed˺ the people of Noah, who were truly far worse in wrongdoing and transgression.

and (destroyed) the people of NūH even earlier. Surely they were more unjust and more rebellious.

and before them the people of Noah who were even more unjust and insolent;

and the people of Noah before -- certainly they did exceeding evil, and were insolent

and the people of Noah before them, - verily, they were most unjust and outrageous!

And the people of Noah before them; surely they were most unjust and insolent transgressors;

And the people of Nûh (Noah) earlier; surely they were the ones who were more unjust and more inordinate.

and also the people of Noah, before them; for they were most unjust and wicked:

And before them, the people of Nuh (Noah) because they were (all) most unjust and most arrogant (people) exceeding their limits,

And (He destroyed) the people of Noah before (them). They were extremely wicked and most rebellious.

and the people of Noah before that; indeed they were more unjust and rebellious;
