26. Surah Ash-Shu'ara, Verse 36

They said: "Delay him and his brother, and send people in the cities to gather. "

They said, "Put him and his brother on hold and send couriers into cities,

They said: “Delay thou him and his brother, and raise thou up in the cities gatherers

They said: "Delay him and his brother, and send gatherers to the cities."

They said, "Delay him and his brother, and send people in the cities to gather."

They said, ‘Detain him and his brother and send out marshals to the cities,

They said, "Respite him and his brother, and send summoners to every town.

They said: "Put him and his brother off awhile, and send summoners to the cities to gather

They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers

They answered: "Let him and his brother wait a while, and send unto all cities heralds

They said: Put him off, (him) and his brother, and send into the cities summoners

They -the people- suggested to Pharaoh that they should adapt themselves and conform to the time and circumstances and avoid dispute so as to gain time, and they said: "the time to degrade and defeat him has not come yet. Meanwhile, send O Pharaoh some of your recruits to the cities to gather to themselves the multitude of men who practice magic".

They said: "Leave him and his brother alone for a while, and send your heralds to every town.

They said: "Put him off and his brother (for a while), and send callers to the cities;

They said: "Keep him and his brother in suspense (for a while), and dispatch to the Cities heralds to collect-

They replied, "Let him and his brother wait and dispatch mobilizers to all cities

They said, "Leave him and his brother alone for some time, and send heralds to the cities,

They answered, ‘Delay him and his brother for a while, and send messengers to all the cities

They said, 'Put him and his brother off a while, and send among the cities musterers,

They said, 'Give him and his brother some hope, and send into the cities to collect

"He desires to turn you out of your land. What is it then you counsel (advise, suggest)"

They said, "Put him off, (him) and his brother, and send forth into the cities musterers,

They answered, delay him, and his brother by good words for a time; and send through the cities men to assemble

They said: "Keep him and his brother in suspense, and send out the callers to the cities to collect—

They said, `Detain him and his brother for a while and send heralds into the cities to collect;

They said, ‘Put him and his brother off for a while, and send heralds to the cities
