85. Surah Al-Buruj, Verse 7

وَهُمْ عَلٰى مَا يَفْعَلُونَ بِالْمُؤْمِن۪ينَ شُهُودٌۜ

Wahum AAala ma yafAAaloona bilmu/mineenashuhood

witnessing what they did to the muminun.
