83. Surah Al-Mutaffifin, Verse 3

وَاِذَا كَالُوهُمْ اَوْ وَزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَۜ

Wa-itha kaloohum aw wazanoohumyukhsiroon

but when they give them a measure or weight, hand over less than is due.
