77. Surah Al-Mursalat, Verse 4

So the separators which divide.

While distinguishing the Right from Wrong with a clear distinction.

And the dividing ones a-dividing,

So the separators which divide.

By the separators that divide.

by the winnowers winnowing,

Distribute the provisions.

And those that distinguish distinctly,

And those [angels] who bring criterion

thus separating [right and wrong] with all clarity,

By those who winnow with a winnowing,

and by the angels carrying Allah's Messages to His Messengers heralding the standard by which anything is judged right or wrong, virtuous or immoral, permissible or forbidden,

I (God) swear by the verses of Qur’an which separate right from the wrong.

And by the Verses (of the Qur’ân) that separate the right from the wrong.

Then separate them, one from another,

And ˹by˺ those ˹angels˺ fully distinguishing ˹truth from falsehood˺,

and by those (angels) who differentiate (between right and wrong) distinctly,

separating forcefully,

and the severally severing

And by the separators apart!

And separate things one from another,

Then (by) the ones who separate with a (distinct) separation,

and by those which separate truth from falsehood, by distinguishing the same;

Then separate them, one from another,

And those that fully distinguish (the right from the wrong),

by the decisive separators,
