70. Surah Al-Ma'arij, Verse 21
وَاِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعاًۙ
Wa-itha massahu alkhayru manooAAa
begrudging when good things come –
- Progressive Muslims
And when good touches him he is stingy.

And niggardly when good reaches him.
