50. Surah Qaf, Verse 21

وَجَٓاءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَعَهَا سَٓائِقٌ وَشَه۪يدٌ

Wajaat kullu nafsin maAAaha sa-iqunwashaheed

Every self will come together with a driver and a witness:
