37. Surah As-Saffat, Verse 147

وَاَرْسَلْنَاهُ اِلٰى مِائَةِ اَلْفٍ اَوْ يَز۪يدُونَۚ

Waarsalnahu ila mi-ati alfinaw yazeedoon

We sent him to a hundred thousand or even more.
