28. Surah Al-Qasas, Verse 4
اِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ عَلَا فِي الْاَرْضِ وَجَعَلَ اَهْلَهَا شِيَعاً يَسْتَضْعِفُ طَٓائِفَةً مِنْهُمْ يُذَبِّـحُ اَبْنَٓاءَهُمْ وَيَسْتَحْـي۪ نِسَٓاءَهُمْۜ اِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِد۪ينَ
Inna firAAawna AAala fee al-ardiwajaAAala ahlaha shiyaAAan yastadAAifu ta-ifatanminhum yuthabbihu abnaahum wayastahyeenisaahum innahu kana mina almufsideen
Pharaoh exalted himself arrogantly in the land and divided its people into camps, oppressing one group of them by slaughtering their sons and letting their women live. He was one of the corrupters.
