23. Surah Al-Mu'minun, Verse 4

وَالَّذ۪ينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكٰوةِ فَاعِلُونَۙ

Wallatheena hum lizzakatifaAAiloon

those who pay zakat;

    And they are active towards betterment.
