96. Surah Al-'Alaq, Verse 15

كَلَّا لَئِنْ لَمْ يَنْتَهِ۬ لَنَسْفَعاً بِالنَّاصِيَةِۙ

Kalla la-in lam yantahi lanasfaAAanbinnasiya

No indeed! If he does not desist, We will grab him by the forelock,
