91. Surah Ash-Shams, Verse 8

فَاَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوٰيهَاۙۖ

Faalhamaha fujooraha wataqwaha

and inspired it with depravity or taqwa,

    So He gave it its evil and good.
