59. Surah Al-Hashr, Verse 5
مَا قَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ ل۪ينَةٍ اَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا قَٓائِمَةً عَلٰٓى اُصُولِهَا فَبِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ وَلِيُخْزِيَ الْفَاسِق۪ينَ
Ma qataAAtum min leenatin awtaraktumooha qa-imatan AAala osoolihafabi-ithni Allahi waliyukhziya alfasiqeen
Whatever palm-trees you cut down, or left standing upright on their roots, it was done by Allah’s permission in order to disgrace the deviators.
