56. Surah Al-Waqi'ah, Verse 75

فَلَٓا اُقْسِمُ بِمَوَاقِـعِ النُّجُومِۙ

Fala oqsimu bimawaqiAAi annujoom

And I swear by the falling of the stars –

    I do swear by the positions of the stars.
