45. Surah Al-Jathiyah, Verse 12

God is the One who committed the sea in your service, so that the ships can sail in it by His command, and that you may seek of His provisions, and that you may be appreciative.

Allah it is Who has made the sea of service to you that the ships may run thereon by His Command, and that you may seek of His Bounty, and that you may be grateful.

God it is who made subject for you the sea, that the ships might run therein by His command, and that you might seek of His bounty; and that you might be grateful.

God is the One who commissioned the sea in your service, so that the ships can run in it by His command, and that you may seek of His provisions, and that you may be thankful.

It is Allah who has made the sea subservient to you so that the ships sail on it at His command, enabling you to seek His bounty, so that hopefully you will be thankful.

GOD is the One who committed the sea in your service, so that the ships can roam it in accordance with His laws. You thus seek His provisions, that you may be appreciative.

It is God who subjugated the ocean for you so that ships may ply through it by His command, and you may seek His bounty, and may haply be grateful.

It is Allah who subjected to you the sea so that ships may sail upon it by His command and that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful.

IT IS GOD who has made the sea subservient [to His laws, so that it be of use] to you so that ships might sail through it at His behest, and that you might seek to obtain [what you need] of His bounty, and that you might have cause to be grateful.

Allah it is Who hath made the sea of service unto you that the ships may run thereon by His command, and that ye may seek of His bounty, and that haply ye may be thankful;

Allah is He who reduced the sea* to a state of subjection under your dominion and authority so that ships may float thereon for transportation by His invisible acting force that produces their motion, that is besides being of service in effecting your objects sought after of His bounty so that your bosoms would hopefully surge up and answer thanks.

God is the One Who submitted the seas to your service so that you may sail your ships by His Grace and ask God to help you to obtain your needed materials [food, oil, minerals, jewelry, etc. ] from it. May you be grateful to your Lord.

Allâh, it is He Who has subjected to you the sea, that ships may sail through it by His Command, and that you may seek of His Bounty, and that you may be thankful.

It is God who subjected the sea for you––ships sail on it by His command so that you can seek His bounty and give Him thanks––

God is He who has subjected to you the sea, that the ships may run on it at His commandment, and that you may seek His bounty; haply so you will be thankful.

God it is who subjects to you the sea that the ships may sail thereon at his bidding, and that ye may crave of His grace, and that haply ye may give thanks;

It is Allah Who has made subservient to you the sea that the ships may run therein by His command, and that you may seek of His grace, and that you may give thanks.

Allah is He Who has subjected to you the sea that the ships may run in it at His Command, and that you may seek of His Grace, and that possibly you would thank (Him)

It is God who hath subjected the sea unto you, that the ships may sail therein, at his command; and that ye may seek advantage unto yourselves by commerce, of his bounty; and that ye may give thanks:

It is Allah Who has made the sea for you, so that ships may sail through it, by His command for you to seek from His bounty, (His wealth and His creation) and that you may be grateful.

It is Allâh Who has made the sea subservient to you so that the ships may sail upon it by His command and so that by means of these ships you may seek His bounty and give (Him) thanks.

It is Allah who disposed the sea for you[r benefit] so that the ships may sail in it by His command, and that you may seek of His grace, and that you may give thanks.
