30. Surah Ar-Rum, Verse 48
اَللّٰهُ الَّذ۪ي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُث۪يرُ سَحَاباً فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَٓاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَٓاءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفاً فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِه۪ۚ فَاِذَٓا اَصَابَ بِه۪ مَنْ يَشَٓاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِه۪ٓ اِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
Allahu allathee yursilu arriyahafatutheeru sahaban fayabsutuhu fee assama-ikayfa yashao wayajAAaluhu kisafan fatara alwadqayakhruju min khilalihi fa-itha asaba bihiman yashao min AAibadihi itha humyastabshiroon
It is Allah who sends the winds which stir up clouds which He spreads about the sky however He wills. He forms them into dark clumps and you see the rain come pouring out from the middle of them. When He makes it fall on those of His slaves He wills, they rejoice,
