25. Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 67
وَالَّذ۪ينَ اِذَٓا اَنْفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذٰلِكَ قَوَاماً
Wallatheena ithaanfaqoo lam yusrifoo walam yaqturoo wakana bayna thalikaqawama
those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor mean, but take a stance mid way between the two;
