25. Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 51

وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا ف۪ي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَذ۪يراًۘ

Walaw shi/na labaAAathna feekulli qaryatin natheera

If We had wished We could have sent a warner to every town.
