23. Surah Al-Mu'minun, Verse 90

بَلْ اَتَيْنَاهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَاِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ

Bal ataynahum bilhaqqiwa-innahum lakathiboon

The fact is that We have given them the truth and they are liars.
