2. Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 242

كَذٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ اٰيَاتِه۪ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ۟

Kathalika yubayyinu Allahulakum ayatihi laAAallakum taAAqiloon

In this way Allah makes His Signs clear to you, so that hopefully you will use your intellect.
