الٓـرٰ۠ تِلْكَ اٰيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ وَقُرْاٰنٍ مُب۪ينٍ

Alif-lam-ra tilka ayatualkitabi waqur-anin mubeen

Alif Lam Ra. Those are the Signs of the Book and a clear Qur’an.
