الٓـرٰ۠ تِلْكَ اٰيَاتُ الْـكِتَابِ الْمُب۪ينِ۠

Alif-lam-ra tilka ayatualkitabi almubeen

Alif Lam Ra Those are the Signs of the Clear Book.
