وَلَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا مُوسٰى بِاٰيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُب۪ينٍۙ

Walaqad arsalna moosa bi-ayatinawasultanin mubeen

We sent Musa with Our Signs and clear authority
