50. Surah Qaf, Verse 18

مَا يَلْفِظُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ اِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَق۪يبٌ عَت۪يدٌ

Ma yalfithu min qawlinilla ladayhi raqeebun AAateed

He does not utter a single word, without a watcher by him, pen in hand!
