44. Surah Ad-Dukhan, Verse 4

In it, is a decree for every matter of wisdom.

Herein is distinctly presented every Matter of Wisdom.

Wherein is separated every wise command

In it, is a decree for every matter of wisdom.

In it, is a decree for every matter of wisdom.

During it every wise decree is specified

In it (the scripture), every matter of wisdom is clarified.

On which all affairs are sorted out and decided

On that night is made distinct every precise matter -

On that [night] was made clear, in wisdom, the distinction between all things [good and evil]

Whereon every wise command is made clear

A night in which every affair proceeding from Him, the Absolute source of wisdom, is disposed of in the manner imparting knowledge, wisdom and spiritual light and displaying Allah's Omnipotence and Authority;

Qur’an answers to those philosophical questions that no one is capable of answering.

Therein (that night) is decreed every matter of ordainments.[1]

In the (Night) is made distinct every affair of wisdom,

On that night every matter of wisdom is ordained

In that (night), every wise matter is allocated

a night when every matter of wisdom was made distinct

therein every wise bidding

wherein is decided every wise affair,

Therein (the blessed night) every wise affair is made clear,

Therein every Wise Command is distinctly (decreed),

on the night wherein is distinctly sent down the decree of every determined thing, as a command from Us.

In that (night) is set out (decreed) every item of wisdom,

During this (night) every matter full of wisdom (and substance) is explained distinctly;

Every definitive matter is resolved in it,
