اِلٰى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَا۬ئِه۪ فَاسْتَكْـبَرُوا وَكَانُوا قَوْماً عَال۪ينَۚ

Ila firAAawna wamala-ihi fastakbaroowakanoo qawman AAaleen

to Pharaoh and his ruling circle. But they were proud and were a haughty people.
