اَلَّذ۪ينَ اِذَا ا‌كْتَالُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَۘ

Allatheena itha iktalooAAala annasi yastawfoon

Those who, when they take a measure from people, exact full measure,
