7. Surah Al-A'raf, Verse 204

And if the Quran is being studied, then listen to it and pay attention, that you may receive mercy.

When the Qur'an is read, listen to it with full attention, and listen to it silently, that you may receive Mercy.

And when the Qur’an is recited: heed it and listen attentively, that you might obtain mercy.

And if the Qur'an is being read, then listen to it and pay attention, that you may receive mercy.

If the Quran is being recited, then listen to it and pay attention, so that you may receive mercy.

When the Qur’an is recited listen to it and be quiet so that hopefully you will gain mercy.

When the Quran is recited, you shall listen to it and take heed, that you may attain mercy.

When the Qur'an is recited listen to it in silence. You may perhaps be blessed.

So when the Qur'an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy.

Hence, when the Qur'an is voiced, hearken unto it, and listen in silence, so that you might be graced with [God's] mercy. "

And when the Qur'an is recited, give ear to it and pay heed, that ye may obtain mercy.

O you people who have conformed to Islam: When the Quran is recited, bow down your ears and listen graciously and attentively to it so that you may hopefully be recipients of Allah's mercy.

Therefore, when Qur'an is being recited, keep quiet and listen; it may be that you also be included in the Lord's Mercy.

So, when the Qur’ân is recited, listen to it, and be silent that you may receive mercy. [i.e. during the compulsory congregational prayers when the Imâm (of a mosque) is leading the prayer (except Sûrat Al-Fâtihah), and also when he is delivering the Friday-prayer Khutbah]. (Tafsir At-Tabari).

When the Qur'an is read, listen to it with attention, and hold your peace: that ye may receive Mercy.

so pay attention and listen quietly when the Quran is recited, so that you may be given mercy.’

And when the Koran is recited, give you ear to it and be silent; haply so you will find mercy.

And when the Qur'an is read, then listen thereto and keep silence; haply ye may obtain mercy.

And when the Quran is read, then listen thereto with attention, and keep silence, that per chance (or possibly) you may obtain mercy.

And when the Qur'an is read, then listen to it and hearken, that possibly you would be granted mercy. .

And when the Qur'án is recited, give ear to it and keep silence, that you may be shown mercy.

So when the Quran is read, listen to it with attention, and hold your peace: That you may receive (your Lord’s) Mercy.

Hence, when the Qur'ân is recited, give ear to it and keep silent (to remain attentive) so that you may be shown mercy.

When the Qur’ān is recited, listen to it and be silent, maybe you will receive [Allah’s] mercy.
