7. Surah Al-A'raf, Verse 149

And when they realized what their hands had done, and they saw that they had gone astray, they said: "If our Lord will not have mercy on us and forgive us, then we will be of the losers!"

When they regretted their action and realized that they had gone astray, they said, "Unless our Lord embraces us with Mercy and forgives us, we surely will be lost. "

And when regret overcame them and they saw that they had gone astray, they said: “If our Lord have not mercy on us and forgive us, we will be among the losers.”

And when they realized what their hands had done, and they saw that they had gone astray, they said: "If our Lord will not have mercy on us and forgive us, then we will be of the losers!"

When they were smitten with remorse and they saw that they had gone astray, they said, "If our Lord will not have mercy on us and forgive us, then we will be of the losers!"

When they took full stock of what they had done and saw they had been misled, they said, ‘If our Lord does not have mercy on us and forgive us, we will certainly be among the lost. ’

Finally, when they regretted their action, and realized that they had gone astray, they said, "Unless our Lord redeems us with His mercy, and forgives us, we will be losers."

Then they were filled with remorse and saw that they had erred and said: "If our Lord does not forgive us we will surely be lost. "

And when regret overcame them and they saw that they had gone astray, they said, "If our Lord does not have mercy upon us and forgive us, we will surely be among the losers. "

although [later, ] when they would smite their hands in remorse, having perceived that they had gone astray, they would say, "Indeed, unless our Sustainer have mercy on us and grant us forgiveness, we shall most certainly be among the lost!"

And when they feared the consequences thereof and saw that they had gone astray, they said: Unless our Lord have mercy on us and forgive us, we verily are of the lost.

When they realized that they had committed themselves to an evil line of conduct and have wandered from the path of righteousness they said: " Now, unless Allah, our Creator extends His mercy to us and forgives us, we will most certainly be great losers".

When they [saw Moses and] came to their senses, they realized that they have gone too far. They then prayed: "If our Lord does not show mercy and does not forgive us, we are nothing but the losers."

And when they regretted and saw that they had gone astray, they (repented and) said: "If our Lord have not mercy upon us and forgive us, we shall certainly be of the losers."

When they repented, and saw that they had erred, they said: "If our Lord have not mercy upon us and forgive us, we shall indeed be of those who perish."

Later, when they were filled with remorse and realized they had gone astray, they cried, "If our Lord does not have mercy on us and forgive us, we will certainly be losers."

When they became remorseful and saw that they had gone astray, they said, "If Allah shows no mercy to us, and does not forgive us, we shall certainly be among the losers."

When, with much wringing of hands, they perceived that they were doing wrong, they said, ‘If our Lord does not have mercy and forgive us, we shall be the losers.’

And when they smote their hands, and saw that they had gone astray, they said, 'If our Lord has not mercy on us, and forgives us not, surely we shall be of the lost. '

but when they bit their hands with fruitless rage and saw that they had gone astray, they said,' Verily, if our Lord have not compassion on us and forgive us we shall surely be of those who lose!'

But when they bit their hands (in realization and fear) and saw that they had gone astray, they said, "Verily, if our Lord have not compassion on us and forgive us we shall surely be of those who are lost!"

And as soon as it was made to fall down in their hands, (i. e., they regretted.) and (they) saw that they had already erred, they said, "Indeed in case our Lord has no mercy on us and does not forgive us, indeed, we will definitely be of the losers.".

And when they were smitten with remorse and saw that they had indeed gone astray, they said, 'If our Lord have not mercy on us and forgive us, we shall surely be of the losers. '

When they felt sorry (and regretted), and saw that they had made a mistake, they said: "If our Lord does not have mercy upon us and forgive us, we shall be truly of those who perish. "

And when (the magic spell was broken) they were smitten with remorse and realised that they had indeed gone astray, they said, `Unless our Lord have mercy on us and protect us (against the consequences of our sins) we shall surely be of the losers. '

But when they became remorseful and realised they had gone astray, they said, ‘Should our Lord have no mercy on us, and forgive us, we will be surely among the losers. ’
