6. Surah Al-An'am, Verse 24

See how they lied to themselves; and that which they invented deserted them.

Imagine how they lie against themselves, and how their fabricated gods abandon them.

See thou how they will lie against themselves; and strayed from them will be what they invented.

See how they lied to themselves; and that which they invented abandoned them.

See how they lied to themselves; and what they invented deserted them.

See how they lie against themselves and how what they invented has forsaken them!

Note how they lied to themselves, and how the idols they had invented have abandoned them.

You will see how they will lie against themselves, and all their slanderings will be vain.

See how they will lie about themselves. And lost from them will be what they used to invent.

Behold how they have lied to themselves -and [how] their false imagery has forsaken them!

See how they lie against themselves, and (how) the thing which they devised hath failed them!

See how they will lie in their teeth and tell lies about themselves and be forsaken and renounced by those whom they presumed to share with Allah His divine nature and how they shall fail their expectations!

Note how they deny their own selves as they see their [mirage like] "gods" disappear.

Look! How they lie against themselves! But the (lie) which they invented will disappear from them.

Behold! how they lie against their own souls! But the (lie) which they invented will leave them in the lurch.

See how they will lie about themselves and how those ˹gods˺ they fabricated will fail them!

See how they will lie about themselves, and all that they used to forge will vanish from them.

See how they lie against themselves and how those they invented have deserted them.

Behold how they lie against themselves, and how that which they were forging has gone astray from them!

See how they lie against themselves, and how what they did forge deserts them!

See how they lie against themselves, and how what they did invent deserts them!

Look into how they lie against themselves and how whatever they were fabricating has erred away from them.

See how they shall lie against themselves. And that which they fabricated shall fail them.

Watch! How they lie against themselves! But, the (lie) which they forged will leave them defenseless.

Look! how they lie against themselves, and those (associate-gods) which they used to forge shall fail them.

Look, how they forswear themselves, and what they used to fabricate has forsaken them!
