5. Surah Al-Ma'idah, Verse 118

"If You punish them, then they are Your servants, and if You forgive them, then You are the Noble, Wise. "

If You should punish them - indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them - indeed it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

If thou cause them to suffer - verily, they are Thy servants; and if Thou forgive them - verily, Thou alone art almighty, truly wise!"

If Thou punish them, lo! they are Thy slaves, and if Thou forgive them (lo! they are Thy slaves). Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Mighty, the Wise.

"If you punish them and cause them to suffer for their offences, they are Your servants, and if You forgive them You are indeed, AL-Aziz and AL-Hakim (Wise)".

In case You torment them, then surely they are Your bondmen; and in case You forgive them, then surely You, Ever You, are The Ever-Mighty, The Ever-Wise. "
