40. Surah Ghafir, Verse 68

هُوَ الَّذ۪ي يُحْـي۪ وَيُم۪يتُۚ فَاِذَا قَضٰٓى اَمْراً فَاِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ۟

Huwa allathee yuhyee wayumeetufa-itha qada amran fa-innama yaqoolu lahukun fayakoon

It is He who gives life and causes to die. When He decides on something, He just says to it, ‘Be!’ and it is.
