34. Surah Saba, Verse 44

We had not given to them any Scriptures to study, nor did We send to them before you any warner.

But We never gave them any Scriptures that they study, nor did We send unto them before you any Warner.

And We gave them not any Writs to study, and We sent not to them before thee any warner.

We had not given to them any books to study, nor did We send to them before you any warner.

We had not given to them any book to study, nor did We send to them before you any warner.

We have not given them any books which they are studying nor did We send, before you, any warner to them.

We did not give them any other books to study, nor did we send to them before you another warner.

We did not give them any scripture to study, nor sent any warner before you.

And We had not given them any scriptures which they could study, and We had not sent to them before you, [O Muúammad], any warner.

And yet, [O Muhammad,] never have We vouchsafed them any revelations which they could quote, and neither have We sent unto them any warner before thee.

And We have given them no scriptures which they study, nor sent We unto them, before thee, any warner.

But We never sent or revealed to these people* divine Books to apply their minds to acquire learning and by consequence be able to evaluate the Quran. Nor did We send to them before you O Muhammad as Messenger a spectacle and a warning.

They had never received any book nor a Prophet [to teach them the truth] before [therefore, they should be grateful not stubborn. ]

And We had not given them Scriptures which they could study, nor sent to them before you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) any warner (Messenger).

But We had not given them Books which they could study, nor sent messengers to them before thee as Warners.

˹They say so even though˺ We had never given them any scriptures to study, nor did We ever send them a warner before you ˹O Prophet˺.

We did not give them any books that they might study, nor did We send to them any warner before you.

though We have not given them any books to study nor sent any warner before you.

We have not given them any Books to study, nor have We sent them before thee any warner.

But we have not brought them any book which they may study, and we have not sent to them before thee a warner.

And when Our clear communications are recited to them, they say, "This is naught but a man who desires to turn you away from that which your fathers worshipped. " And they say, "This is naught but a lie that is forged." And those who disbelieve say of the truth when it comes to them, "This is only clear enchantment (magic)."

And in no way have We brought them any Books which they study, and in no way have We sent them before you any constant warner.

Yet we have given them no books of scripture wherein to exercise themselves, nor have we sent unto them any warner before thee.

And We had not given them the Books (of Scripture) that they could read (and understand), nor sent messengers to them before you as warners.

Whereas We had given them none of (Our) Books which they studied, nor did We send to them any Warner (in the recent past) before you (that they should have known the abuses involved in forging lies).

We did not give them any scriptures that they might have studied, nor did We send them any warner before you.
