34. Surah Saba, Verse 10

And We granted David blessings from Us: "O mountains, glorify with him, as well as the birds. " And We softened the iron for him.

We bestowed upon David bounties from Us, and commanded thus, "O Tribes of the Mountains! Join him in establishing My Glory on earth. " And so were commanded the fierce riders of the Taer Tribe. And We made the iron soft for him. (David mastered iron technology (21:79), (27:15-16)).

And We gave David from Us bounty: “O you mountains: echo with it, and you birds.” And We softened iron for him:

And We granted David blessings from Us: "O mountains, echo with him, and the birds." And We softened the iron for him.

We granted David blessings from Us: "O mountains, glorify with him, as well as the birds." We softened the iron for him.

We gave Dawud great favour from Us: ‘O mountains and birds! echo with him in his praise!’ And We made iron malleable for him:

We endowed David with blessings from us: "O mountains, submit with him, and you too, O birds." We softened the iron for him.

We favoured David with excellence, (and commanded): "O Jibal and Tair, glorify the greatness of God with him. " And We made iron pliable for him.

And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. [We said], "O mountains, repeat [Our] praises with him, and the birds [as well]." And We made pliable for him iron,

AND [thus], indeed, did We grace David with Our favour: "O you mountains! Sing with him the praise of God! And [likewise] you birds!" And We softened all sharpness in him,

And assuredly We gave David grace from Us, (saying): O ye hills and birds, echo his psalms of praise! And We made the iron supple unto him,

We bestowed on Dawud of Our bounty all grace which was made to abound in him. "O you mountains", We said, "play the echo to his praises, and so will you O birds" and We softened for him the iron for making defensive armour.

[As to the Jews who are not behaving to the Lord’s satisfaction, remind them that] I (God) showered David [who conquered Jerusalem for the Jews and established the first God worshipping kingdom] with my blessing….

And indeed We bestowed grace on Dâwûd (David) from Us (saying): "O you mountains. Glorify (Allâh) with him! And you birds (also)! And We made the iron soft for him."

We bestowed Grace aforetime on David from ourselves: "O ye Mountains! Sing ye back the Praises of Allah with him! and ye birds (also)! And We made the iron soft for him;-

Indeed, We granted David a ˹great˺ privilege from Us, ˹commanding:˺ "O mountains! Echo his hymns! And the birds as well." We made iron mouldable for him,

Surely We bestowed grace on Dawūd from Us: "O mountains, pronounce with him Allah’s purity repeatedly - and you too O birds!" And We made the iron soft for him

We graced David with Our favour. We said, ‘You mountains, echo God’s praises together with him, and you birds, too.’ We softened iron for him,

And We gave David bounty from Us: 'O you mountains, echo God's praises with him, and you birds!' And We softened for him iron:

And we did give David grace from us, 'O ye mountains! echo (God's praises) with him, and ye birds!' and we softened for him iron:

Do they not then consider what is before them and what is behind them of the heaven and the earth? If We will We can make them disappear in the land or bring down upon them a portion from the heaven; most surely in this is a sign for every servant who turns to Allah repentant.

And indeed We already brought Dawûd (David) Grace from Us: "O you mountains, reiterate Allah's praises) with him, and you birds!" And We softened for him iron.

We heretofore bestowed on David excellence from Us: And We said, O mountains, sing alternate praises with him; and We obliged the birds also to join therein. And We softened the iron for him,

And indeed, We have bestowed grace on Dawood (David) from Us, by saying: (And by ordering the mountains and birds) "O you Mountains! Glorify the Name of Allah with him! And you birds (also sing back with him)!" And We made the iron soft for him—

And certainly We bestowed Our (gracious) favours on David. (We said, ) `O (you dwellers of the) mountains, obey him.' And (We assigned) the birds and the swift footed horses (their duty); and We made the iron soft and pliant for him.

Certainly We gave David a grace from Us: ‘O mountains and birds, chime in with him!’ And We made iron soft for him,
