32. Surah As-Sajdah, Verse 14

So taste the consequences of your forgetting this Day; for We have now forgotten you. And taste the eternal retribution in return for what you used to do.

It will be said, "Taste you then, for you remained oblivious of this Day of yours, and so, now We forget you - taste the lasting doom for what you used to do. "

“So taste! Because you forgot the meeting of this your day, We have forgotten you. And taste the punishment of eternity because of what you did!”

So taste the consequences of your forgetting this Day; for We have now forgotten you. And taste the eternal retribution in return for what you used to do.

So taste the consequences of your ignoring/forgetting this day; for We have now ignored/forgotten you. Taste the eternal retribution in return for what you used to do.

So taste it. Because you forgot the meeting of this Day, We have forgotten you. Taste the punishment of eternal timelessness for what you did.’

Taste the consequences of your forgetting this day; now we forget you. You have incurred eternal retribution in return for your own works.

So now suffer. As you forgot the meeting of this your Day of Doom, so have We forgotten you. Now taste the everlasting punishment for your deeds.

So taste [punishment] because you forgot the meeting of this, your Day; indeed, We have [accordingly] forgotten you. And taste the punishment of eternity for what you used to do."

[And He will say unto the sinners:] "Taste, then, [the recompense] for your having been obli­vious of the coming of this your Day [of Judgment] - for, verily, We are [now] oblivious of you: taste, then, [this] abiding suffering for all [the evil] that you were wont to do!"

So taste (the evil of your deeds). Forasmuch as ye forgot the meeting of this your day, lo! We forget you. Taste the doom of immortality because of what ye used to do.

There and then shall they be told: "Now you taste the fatal consequence of neglecting the encounter with this Day, and in return We have also neglected you; now you taste the eternal torment that is laid upon the damned for committing yourselves to actions contrary to what was dictated to you by Allah's revelations".

Now in response to your forgetting the existence of this Day, God will forget you on this Day. Taste the everlasting torture as a punishment of your wrongdoings.

Then taste you (the torment of the Fire) because of your forgetting the Meeting of this Day of yours. Surely We too will forget you: so taste you the abiding torment for what you used to do.

"Taste ye then - for ye forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours, and We too will forget you - taste ye the Penalty of Eternity for your (evil) deeds!"

So taste ˹the punishment˺ for neglecting the meeting of this Day of yours. We ˹too˺ will certainly neglect you. And taste the torment of eternity for what you used to do!

So, have a taste, because you had forgotten the meeting of this day of yours. We have forgotten you; and taste the eternal punishment for what you used to do.

So since you ignored the meeting on this Day of yours, now We shall ignore you: taste the lasting suffering for all you have done.’

So now taste, for that you forgot the encounter of this your day! We indeed have forgotten you. Taste the chastisement of eternity for that you were doing!'

'So taste ye, for that ye forgat the meeting of this day of yours,- verily, we have forgotten you! and taste ye the torment of eternity for that which ye have done!'

And if We had pleased We would certainly have given to every soul its guidance, but the word (which had gone forth about evil-doers) from Me was just this: "I will certainly fill hell with the jinn and men together. "

So taste for that you forgot the meeting of this your Day! Surely We have forgotten you. And taste the torment of eternity for whatever you were doing."

Taste therefore the torment prepared for you, because ye have forgotten the coming of this your day: We also have forgotten you; taste therefore a punishment of eternal duration, for that which ye have wrought.

"Then you taste (the penalty) because you forgot the Meeting of yours on this Day, surely, We too will forget you— You taste the penalty of eternity for your (evil) actions!"

So suffer (the punishment for your evil deeds). Since you had given up (the idea of) the meeting of this day of yours so We too have forsaken you (now). Suffer therefore the long-lasting punishment because of the misdeeds you used to do.

So taste [the punishment] for your having forgotten the encounter of this day of yours. We [too] have forgotten you. Taste the everlasting punishment because of what you used to do.
