30. Surah Ar-Rum, Verse 3
ف۪ٓي اَدْنَى الْاَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَۙ
Fee adna al-ardi wahum minbaAAdi ghalabihim sayaghliboon
in the land nearby, but after their defeat they will themselves be victorious
