2. Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 227

وَاِنْ عَزَمُوا الطَّـلَاقَ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ سَم۪يعٌ عَل۪يمٌ

Wa-in AAazamoo attalaqafa-inna Allaha sameeAAun AAaleem

If they are determined to divorce, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
