13. Surah Ar-Ra'd, Verse 39

God erases what He wishes and affirms, and with Him is the source of the Scripture.

Allah blots out and establishes communities according to His Laws. Nations rise and fall accordingly, and with Him is the Ultimate Ordinance.

God eliminates what He wills, and He confirms; and with Him is the foundation of the Writ.

Goderases and confirms what He wishes, and with Him is the source of the Book.

God erases what He wishes and affirms, and with Him is the source of the book.

Allah erases whatever He wills or endorses it. The Master Copy of the Book is in His Hands.

GOD erases whatever He wills, and fixes (whatever He wills). With Him is the original Master Record.

God abrogates or confirms whatsoever He will, for He has with Him the Book of Books.

Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.

God annuls or confirms whatever He wills [of His earlier messages] -for with Him is the source of all revelation.

Allah effaceth what He will, and establisheth (what He will), and with Him is the source of ordinance.

Allah deletes -what becomes of secondary character- as He wills and He confirms what He will, and this and that are put on record in the archetypal Book in the realm of Heaven.

The original source of all Divine Books (referred to as Mother of the Books) is at the disposition of the Lord. He erases (from the previously revealed Books) whatever he decides (in accordance with a planned strategy by Him) and keeps intact whatever He wills.

Allâh blots out what He wills and confirms (what He wills). And with Him is the Mother of the Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz)

Allah doth blot out or confirm what He pleaseth: with Him is the Mother of the Book.

Allah eliminates and confirms what He wills, and with Him is the Master Record.[1] 

Allah wipes off what He wills and affirms (what He wills), and with Him is the Mother Book.

God erases or confirms whatever He will, and the source of Scripture is with Him.

God blots out, and He establishes whatsoever He will; and with Him is the Essence of the Book.

God blots out what He will, or He confirms; and with Him is the Mother of the Book.

Allah blots out what He will, or He establishes (what He wills); and with Him is the Mother of the Book (or Source of Ordinances).

Allah erases whatever He decides and He makes firm (whatever He decides), and in His Providence is the Essence (Literally: Mother) of the Book.

God shall abolish and shall confirm what he pleaseth. With Him is the original of the book.

Allah removes and confirms what He pleases: The Mother of the Book is with Him.

Allâh repeals (the law relating to punishment) what He will and He establishes and confirms (what He pleases) and with Him is the source and origin of all laws and commandments.

Allah effaces and confirms whatever He wishes and with Him is the Mother Book.
