89. Surah Al-Fajr, Verse 15

As for man, if his Lord tests him and grants him much, then he says: "My Lord has blessed me!"

But as for man, whenever his Lord lets his life take a turn by giving him honor and Bliss, he says, "My Lord has honored me. " (Honor or disgrace are subject to Divine Laws, and are not random phenomena).

And as for man, when his Lord tries him, and honours him, and favours him, he says: “My Lord has honoured me.”

As for man, if his Lord tests him and grants him much, then he says: "My Lord has blessed me!"

As for man, if his Lord tests him and grants him much, then he says: "My Lord has blessed me!"

As for man, when his Lord tests him by honouring him and favouring him, he says, ‘My Lord has honoured me!’

When the human being is tested by his Lord, through blessings and joy, he says, "My Lord is generous towards me."

As for man, whenever his Lord tries him and then is gracious and provides good things for him, he says: "My Lord has been gracious to me. "

And as for man, when his Lord tries him and [thus] is generous to him and favors him, he says, "My Lord has honored me. "

BUT AS FOR man, whenever his Sustainer tries him by His generosity and by letting him enjoy a life of ease, he says, "My Sustainer has been [justly] generous towards me";

As for man, whenever his Lord trieth him by honouring him, and is gracious unto him, he saith: My Lord honoureth me.

When Allah tests man by crediting him with plenty, he immodestly says: "Allah, my Creator, has ministered to my necessities and honoured me with gratification.

When man is being tried in wealth [to see how he behaves], he considers it as a God’s reward.

As for man, when his Lord tries him by giving him honour and bounties, then he says (in exultation): "My Lord has honoured me."

Now, as for man, when his Lord trieth him, giving him honour and gifts, then saith he, (puffed up), "My Lord hath honoured me."

Now, whenever a human being is tested by their Lord through ˹His˺ generosity and blessings, they boast, "My Lord has ˹deservedly˺ honoured me!"

As for man, when his Lord tests him, and thus gives him honour and bounties, he says, "My Lord has honoured me."

[The nature of] man is that, when his Lord tries him through honour and blessings, he says, ‘My Lord has honoured me,’

As for man, whenever his Lord tries him, and honours him, and blesses him, then he says, 'My Lord has honoured me. '

and as for man, whenever his Lord tries him and honours him and grants him favour, then he says, My Lord has honoured me;

Now as for man, whenever his Lord tries him and honours him and grants him favour, then he says, "My Lord has honoured me";

Then, as for man, just when his Lord tries him, so He honors him, and showers His favors on him, then he says, "My Lord has honored me. "

Moreover man, when his Lord trieth him by prosperity, and honoureth him, and is bounteous unto him, saith, my Lord honoureth me:

Now, as for man, when his Mighty Lord tries him (by) giving him honor and gifts then he (proudly) says, "My Mighty Lord has honored me. "

Moreover a human being is such that when his Lord disciplines him (by prosperity) and (thus) honours him and bestows favours on him, he says, `My Lord has honoured me. '

As for man, whenever his Lord tests him and grants him honour and blesses him, he says, ‘My Lord has honoured me. ’
