77. Surah Al-Mursalat, Verse 48

وَاِذَا ق۪يلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوا لَا يَرْكَعُونَ

Wa-itha qeela lahumu irkaAAoo layarkaAAoon

When they are told to bow, they do not bow.
