اَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ اَجْراً فَهُمْ مِنْ مَغْرَمٍ مُثْقَلُونَۜ

Am tas-aluhum ajran fahum min maghraminmuthqaloon

Or do you ask them for a wage so they are weighed down with debt?
