اَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ اَحْلَامُهُمْ بِهٰذَٓا اَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَۚ

Am ta/muruhum ahlamuhum bihathaam hum qawmun taghoon

Is it their intellects that direct them to say this or is it that they are an unbridled people?
