اِنَّ هٰٓؤُ۬لَٓاءِ لَيَقُولُونَۙ

Inna haola-i layaqooloon

These people say,

    These people now are saying:

    Behold, now, these people say,

    These people now are saying:

    These people now are saying:

    The present generations say,

    Even then they say:

    Indeed, these [disbelievers] are saying,

    [Now, ] behold, these [people] say indeed:

    Lo! these, forsooth, are saying:

    Yet these -Quraishites- who deny Resurrection, insolently say:

    Verily, these (Quraish) people are saying:

    As to these (Quraish), they say forsooth:

    Indeed, these ˹Meccans˺ say,
