فَقَرَاَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِه۪ مُؤْمِن۪ينَۜ

Faqaraahu AAalayhim ma kanoobihi mu/mineen

who had then recited it to them, they still would not have iman in it.
