وَحَرَامٌ عَلٰى قَرْيَةٍ اَهْلَكْنَاهَٓا اَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

Waharamun AAalaqaryatin ahlaknaha annahum la yarjiAAoon

There is a ban on any city We have destroyed; they will not return.
