اَفَتَطْمَعُونَ اَنْ يُؤْمِنُوا لَكُمْ وَقَدْ كَانَ فَر۪يقٌ مِنْهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ كَلَامَ اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ يُحَرِّفُونَهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا عَقَلُوهُ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ

AfatatmaAAoona an yu/minoo lakumwaqad kana fareequn minhum yasmaAAoona kalama Allahithumma yuharrifoonahu min baAAdi ma AAaqaloohuwahum yaAAlamoon

Do you really hope they will follow you in iman when a group of them heard Allah’s Word and then, after grasping it, knowingly distorted it?
