23. Surah Al-Mu'minun, Verse 63

No, their hearts are unaware of this! And they have deeds besides this which they are doing.

Nay, but their hearts are in ignorance of this Qur'an, and they are too busy doing other things and will keep doing so!

The truth is, their hearts are in a flood of ignorance about this. And they have works besides that which they are doing.

No,their hearts are unaware of this! And they have deeds besides this which they are doing.

No, their hearts are unaware of this! They have deeds besides this which they are doing.

However, their hearts are overwhelmed by ignorance about this matter and they do other things as well.

Because their minds are oblivious to this, they commit works that do not conform with this; their works are evil.

Yet their hearts are oblivious of this; and besides, they are busy with other things,

But their hearts are covered with confusion over this, and they have [evil] deeds besides disbelief which they are doing,

NAY, [as for those who have torn asunder the unity of faith] - their hearts are lost in ignorance of all this! But apart from that [breach of unity] they have [on their conscience even worse] deeds; and they will [continue to] commit them

Nay, but their hearts are in ignorance of this (Qur'an), and they have other works, besides, which they are doing;

But they -the infidels- are oblivious of all this and their hearts are sunk under the vexations of their minds, and besides that they engage themselves in work of irreverence and of evil that is wrought by want of thought.

Given the fact that they care less about this (Revelation of God), they are engaged in the kind of activities that do not conform to this (Revelation of God. ) What they do are evil.

Nay, but their hearts are covered from (understanding) this (the Qur’ân), and they have other (evil) deeds, besides, which they are doing.

But their hearts are in confused ignorance of this; and there are, besides that, deeds of theirs, which they will (continue) to do,-

But the hearts of those ˹who disbelieve˺ are oblivious to ˹all of˺ this,[1] and they have other ˹evil˺ deeds, opposite to this, in which they are engrossed.

But their hearts are in ignorance about this, and they have deeds, other than that, which they are continuously doing.

But the disbelievers’ hearts are steeped [in ignorance of ] all this; and there are other things besides this that they do.

Nay, but their hearts are in perplexity as to this, and they have deeds besides that that they are doing.

Nay, their hearts are in a flood (of error) at this, and they have works beside this which they do.

But We will not oblige a soul beyond its capacity; for with us is a Record that utters the truth, and they shall not be wronged.

No indeed, (but) their hearts are in perplexity as to this, and they have deeds other than that (even lesser than that) that they are doing.

But their hearts are drowned in negligence, as to this matter; and they have works different from those We have mentioned; which they will continue to do, until,

But (for some) their hearts are unclear and uninformed about this; And therein lie their (evil) actions, which they will (continue) to do—

Nay, their (- the disbelievers') minds are in utter confusion (due to ignorance) about this (Qur'ân), and they are (engrossed) in deeds different from the (bindings of) revelations and they go on doing them.

Rather their hearts are in a stupor in regard to this, and there are their other deeds besides which they perpetrate.
