92. Surah Al-Layl, Verse 18
اَلَّذ۪ي يُؤْت۪ي مَالَهُ يَتَزَكّٰىۚ
Allathee yu/tee malahuyatazakka
those who give their wealth to purify themselves –

The one who gives his money to develop with.
