قُلْ اَنْفِقُوا طَوْعاً اَوْ كَرْهاً لَنْ يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنْكُمْۜ اِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْماً فَاسِق۪ينَ

Qul anfiqoo tawAAan aw karhan lanyutaqabbala minkum innakum kuntum qawman fasiqeen

Say: ‘Whether you give readily or reluctantly, it will not be accepted from you. You are people who are deviators.’
